Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Interpretation of results (migrated information): very soluble (> 10000 mg/L)
Pyridiniumsulfonate has a water solubility of 859.9 g/L at 20°C. According to the classification scheme, the test substance is very soluble in water.
Executive summary:

The water solubility of pyridiniumsulfonate was investigated in a study conducted according to EU Method A.6 (Water Solubility; 2008) and OECD Guideline 105 (Water Solubility; 1995). Based on the results of a preliminary test (205.3 g/L <=ws<=1026.3 g/L), in the main test the flask method was used for the determination of the water solubility. Analytical measurements were performed by means of HPLC. A water solubility of 859.9 g/L at 20°C were found for pyridiniumsulfonate.
