Two key studies are presented, with a set of experimental results ranging from 500 Pa at 66.5°C to 100200 Pa at 200.5°C.

The values presented above are for the use temperature of the substance, that will represent a worst-case for occupational exposure.

Moreover, they are not adequate for the purpose of environment risk assessment, therefore the linear regression were derived to extrapolate more relevant and realistic values. Both regressions are very consistent, but in order to retain single values for risk assessments, the extrapolation from the BASF study will be prefered to the Rhodia study as the minimal experimental temperature is lower.

Supporting studies provide data consistent with the selected experimental values above, and estimated data at ambient temperature, confirmed by QSAR estimation.

At 20°C, the calculated value falls within the definition of a Volatile Organic Compound. However this value can be considered as overestimated and cannot be used with high confidence due to the absence of data on the solid substance.
