Description of key information
In accordance with Column 2 adaptation statement of REACH Annex X, information requirement section 9.4.1, short-term toxicity testing on invertebrates, this study does not need to be conducted because direct (from direct application or deposition from the atmosphere) or indirect (from application of sewage sludge) exposure to soil is unlikely. The test substance is not applied to soil which precludes direct and indirect exposure to terrestrial organisms. The low potential for adsorption based the log Kow < 3 (log Kow = 0.74) indicates that long-term exposure within the soil compartment will not occur.
