Additional information

In the published literature Topham (1980), a sperm head abnormality test with male mice was conducted. The test animals received the test substance per i.p. injection. As expected the incidence of abnormal sperm was increased by treatment with mutagens previously reported as active in this test.

The test substance did not induce sperm-head abnormalities.
