Executive summary:

Water solubility for the test substance was determined in accordance with OECD guideline 105. The solubility for the test item, in purified water (18.2 MQ/cm), was determined employing the flask method with slow stirring approach at 20+/-0.5deg with incubation at test temperature for 72h before the first sampling. The analytical method (LC-MS/MS, external standard) was validated and tested with satisfactory results in regards to linearity, accuracy , precision and specificity.

The water solubility of the test item was determined to be 398 μg/L (20°C, pH 6)
