Because of the fast decomposition of the test item the saturation mass concentration cannot be achieved. Therefore the shake-flask method was performed applying shortened equilibration period.

Details on results:
The calibration solutions were prepared in the 0.2 - 30 μg/mL concentration range and analysed by HPLC with three replicate injections.
The determined concentration of the test item in water first increased from 174 to 185 mg/L with the shaking period from 15 to 90 minutes and then declined until 180 min to 167 mg/L.
Based on the above data the water solubility of the test item is 0.2 g/L.
Conclusions:
The water solubility of the test item is 0.2 g/L at 20 °C.
Executive summary:

The water solubility of the test item was determined at 20 °C ± 1 °C using the shake-flask method and analysis by HPLC.

Short equilibration times were used, because of the fast decomposition of the test item. Highest concentration of the test item was measured after 90 minutes shaking. The concentration measured at this time point, 0.2 g/L is considered to be the estimated water solubility of 7-ACT.
