Test solutions
- Vehicle:
- yes
- Details on test solutions:
- - Dilution water chemistry: according to OECD 201
- Preparation of the test media: The test medium of the highest test concentration (nominal 111,3 mg/l) in test medium was prepared using a 10 min stirring period at 20 +/- 2 °C. Then this test medium was serially diluted to obtain the desired test concentrations. A concentrated stock solution of the test substance in test medium (nominal 1000 mg/l) was prepared using Cremophor (100 mg/l) as a solvent. Then, serial dilutions of this stock solution were prepared to obtain the desired test concentrations. The maximum solvent concentration in the test was 10 mg/l.

Analytically determined recovery rate of the test substance
The analytically determined recovery rate of the test concentrations ranged from 163.5 % to n.d. at test start and test end, respectively.
Therefore, all biological results were referred to mean measured test concentrations. However, the biological results refer to test substance concentrations and were not corrected to the content of the active ingredient (about 75 %)
