Additional information

Two studies, investigating the physical state, colour and odour of the test material are available. Both studies were conducted under GLP conditions and in accordance with the standardised guidelines EPA OPPTS 830.6303, EPA OPPTS 830.6302 and EPA OPPTS 830.6304. Both studies were assigned a reliability score of 1 in line with the criteria of Klimisch et al. (1997). The key study was selected on the basis that it was conducted on the material with the highest purity.

In the first study, reported by Russell (2001), a sample of substance which was 99.5% pure was determined to be an odourless, pale yellow powder at 21.8 °C.

In the second study, reported by Russell (2003), a sample of substance which was 94.5% pure was determined to be an odourless, off-white powder at 22.7 °C.
