Executive summary:

The substance hydrolyses in the aquatic environment to well known substances with low aquatic toxicity. No method of analysis of the product is available to quantify the substance.

The UK HSE accepted that 67/548/EEC Level 1B testing (>100 t/year) of the closely related substance, XP 338 (CAS 569318-35-0), did not require further testing for aquatic toxicity.
