Toxicity study of chemicalMetam-sodiumwas carried out on different species of birds. 14 days old birds exposed with the chemical for 5 days by the means of adding in the diet.After the exposure of chemical Metam-sodium with Colinus virginianus, Coturnix japonica, Phasianus colchicus and Anas platyrhynchos for 5 days, the LC50 was determine to be > 5000 mg/l.
