Description of key information

The vapour pressure of Pyrazole is 0.21 hPa at 20°C, 0.32 hPa at 25°C and 1.92 hPa at 50°C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
0.21 hPa
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

A literature review and two studies were conducted. In a weight of evidence approach the literature values and the studies were evaluated.

The Design Institute for Physical Property Research/AIChE reports the vapour pressure of Pyrazole to be 0.1182 hPa at 20 °C and 0.1966 hPa at 25 °C.

BASF study 2013 .115 reports the vapour pressure to be 0,21 hPa at 20 °C, 0.32 hPa at 25°C and 1.92 hPa at 50°C and BASF study BRU 79.75 reports the vapour pressure 3 hPa at 50 °C.

All values are in the same range and regarded to be reliable for Pyrazole. The value which originates from BASF study 2013.115 was chosen as key value for the vapour pressure.
