Description of key information

With high probability acutely not harmful to aquatic invertebrates. No acute toxic effects within the range of solubility.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

A GLP guideline study according to OECD 202 is available (NOTOX B.V. 2006). Due to the low solubility of the test substance the test was conducted as limit test using a water accommodated fraction (WAF) with 100 mg/L test substance nominal and Daphnia magna. After 48 h no effects up to the limit of solubility could be observed. Therefore, the EC50 was determined to be above 100 mg/L nominal (WAF). The test substance is with high probability acutely not harmful to aquatic invertebrates.
