Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: An die frische Luft bringen. Bei Anzeichen von Beschwerden
den Arzt aufsuchen.
"ENGLISH"
Remove the casualty to the fresh air. In case of complaints,
seek medical advice.
"ENGLISH"
Taking care to protect the uninjured eye, rinse out with
copious amounts of water.
waschen.
"ENGLISH"
On contact with the skin, wash off with soap and water.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Beim Verschlucken kein Erbrechen herbeiführen, ärztlichen
Rat einholen und Sicherheitsdatenblatt oder Etikett vor-
zeigen.
"ENGLISH"
In the case of ingestion, do not induce vomiting, seek
medical advice and present the safety data sheet or label.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Wassersprühstrahl, Schaum, Trockenlöschmittel, Kohlendioxid.
"ENGLISH"
Directed water spray, foam, dry extinguishing agent, carbon
dioxide.
Product arising from burning: Kohlenmonoxid / Kohlendioxid, Stickstoffoxide,
Chlorwasserstoff, Schwefeldioxid / Schwefeltrioxid.
"ENGLISH"
Carbon monoxide / carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen
chloride, sulphur dioxide / sulphur trioxide.
Product determined by test: N
"ENGLISH"
In the case of a fire in the immediate surrounding area,
wear a self-contained respirator and protective clothing.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Nicht in Kanalisation, Gewässer und Erdreich gelangen
lassen. Verschüttete Substanz mit Industriestaubsauger
aufnehmen und unter Beachtung der geltenden Vorschriften
entsorgen. Staubbildung und elektrische Aufladung
(Funkenbildung) vermeiden.
"ENGLISH"
Do not allow the substance to enter drains, aquatic
environments and the soil. Take up spilled substance with an
industrial vacuum cleaner and dispose of in observance of
the currently applicable regulations. Avoid the formation of
dust and static discharge (sparking).
Handling and storage
Beim
Umgang in offenen Systemen sollte möglicher Staub unmittel-
"ENGLISH"
All work processes must always be designed so that the
exposure as a result of inhalation of the substance is as
low as possible. As far as possible, closed or at least
dustproof equipment should be used during filling, transfer
and metered feeding. In the case of handling in open
systems, any dust that may form should be extracted directly
at the point of origin.
The protective measures that usually apply in the chemical
industry should be taken:
Wash hands before work-breaks and the end of work.
Preventive skin-protection ointment.
Wear protective gloves made of nitrile rubber,
protective goggles and work clothes.
Due to the potential dust-explosion risk, if there is the
possibility of the development of dust, potential ignition
sources should be removed from the work area. Furthermore,
measures should be taken against static discharge.
Storage: Nur in geschlossenen Behältern lagern.
"ENGLISH"
Store in closed containers only.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Kunststoffpendelgebinde, 200 l,
Stahlfässer mit Inliner, 200 l.
