Description of key information

A 16h EC3 of 1150mg/l has been reported for Pseudomonas putida . This can be considered to be the NOEC. 

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Although the study by Bringmann (1980) is non-GLP and is non guideline, it is considered suitable for use as a key study. The study investigates the effects of the test substance on a standard test organism. A series of exposure concentrations were used and results reported as the inhibition of culture growth relative to controls.
