Details on results:
It was judged that the test results were valid because maximum difference of the concentration was less than 30 %.

The measured concentrations of the test material using two different flow rates, the mean concentration and relative standard deviation

Flow RateConcentration, μg/mL
25 mL/h0.0767
12.5 mL/h0.115
Mean:0.0959
RSD:28%
Conclusions:
Under the conditions of this study the water solubility of the test material is 0.0959 mg/L at 20 °C.
Executive summary:

The water solubility of the test material was determined in accordance with the standardised guidelines EU Method A. 6, OECD 105 and EPA OPPTS 830.7840 in compliance with GLP, following the column elution method. The method is based on the elution of the test material with water from a micro-column, which is charged with an inert support material coated with an excess of test material. The water solubility is determined when the mass concentration of the eluate is constant. This is shown by a concentration plateau as a function of time.

Under the conditions of this study the water solubility of the test material is 0.0959 mg/L at 20 °C.

20 °C

Additional information

The water solubility of the test material was determined in accordance with the standardised guidelines EU Method A. 6, OECD 105 and EPA OPPTS 830.7840 in compliance with GLP, following the column elution method. The study was awarded a reliability score of 1 in accordance with the criteria set forth by Klimisch et al. (1997).
