Individual results of the measurement of the surface tension:

The surface tension values of the two diluted aqueous solutions of the test item were determined.

The measurement was carried out at 20 °C ± 0.5 °C.

A correction factor (Harkins & Jordan) is included.

The age of the test solutions at the beginning of the measurement was 25.25 hours for the first test solution and 25.75 hours for the second test solution. The age of the test solution is defined as the period of time from the preparation of the solution to the recording of the surface tension value.

Additional information

In an earlier experiment (OECD 115, harmonised ring method), resulting in the value of 69.7 mN/m at 20 °C, concentration ca. 170 mg/L, it was confirmed that the substance was not surface active.
