Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Daphnids exposed to Spectrace TM MD-810 Marker (Solvent Free) at concentrations 55.0 mg/L appeared normal with no mortality/immobility or overt signs of toxicity. Thus, the 48-hour no-mortality/immobility concentration and the NOEC were 5.0 mg/L.

Additional information

Daphnids in the negative and solvent control groups appeared normal throughout the test. All daphnids in

the Spectrace ® MD-810 Marker (Solvent Free) treatment groups also appeared normal throughout the

test, with no mortality/immobility or overt signs of toxicity observed. Based on visual examination of the

data, the 48-hour EC50 value was >5.0 mg/L, the highest concentration tested and the apparent limit of

solubility of the test substance in the test system. The no-mortality concentration and the no-observedeffect

concentration (NOEC) were both 5.0 mg/L.
