Two DSC measurements with a heating rate of 10 K/min showed an endothermal effect (melting) in the temperature range of 220 – 280 °C. The onset temperature (seeTable1) was derived from the intersection of the tangent line with the highest slope of the endothermal peak with the baseline.

The first DSC measurement additionally showed an exothermal effect starting at 280°C. The results of the DSC measurements are summarized in Table 1.

No endothermal effects were observed after the melting and before the exothermal effect. The DSC measurements showed no boiling after the melting effect and before the decomposition started. The test item had no boiling point under atmospheric conditions.

Executive summary:

The test item had no boiling point under atmospheric condition.
