Justification:

 


Regarding all available data on biotic and abiotic degradation, bioaccumulation and toxicity it can be stated that the substance does not fulfill the PBT criteria (not PBT) and not the vPvB criteria (not vPvB).   


This substance has been evaluated for PBT properties according to Commission Regulation (EC) No 465/2008 and it was concluded that the substance does not fulfil PBT nor vPvB criteria and no follow-up actions are required according to REACh, Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 [(PBT/vPvB Fact sheet for Tris(2,4-di-terbutylphenly) phosphate, UK 1/1/2009,communicated by EA UK June 5, 2009)]. See second attachment in section 13 of IUCLID.
