Description of key information

According to column 2 of Annex VII REACH-regulation the study does not need to be conducted because - according to the "Manual of Test Criteria" of the "Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods" - there are no chemical groups associated with explosive properties present in Phenothiazine.
Phenothiazine could not be ignited with a flame - c.f. flammability. In principle, with organic products which are – intentionally or unintentionally – in powdered form, the danger of a dust explosion should be kept in mind. Take precautionary measures against electrostatic charges – earthing necessary during loading and unloading operations. Keep away from sources of ignition – refrain from smoking. Dust can form an explosive mixture with air. Observe the general rules of industrial fire protection.
