The substance has no potential for bioaccumulation according to Reach Annex XIII. The substance is not toxic following criteria of Reach Annex XIII.There are insufficient data to determine if the substance fullfils the criteria for persistence.
- Likely routes of exposure:
The only use for MODA is that of a monomer in the production of its respective polymer. The registration dossier therefore is amended with a chemical safety report containing the exposure scenarios, which further describe the highly controlled conditions and the negligible human and environmental exposure to the substance. A detailed justification is attached to this dossier.
