Clinical signs:
Immediately until a few minutes after the injection, jumping, tremor, flexor, extensor spasms, dyspnea, cyanosis, abdominal or side position, convulsive spasms, convulsions, crying, extremity cramps. Cramp occurred within one hour. The survivors were partly apathetic after 2 hours with convulsive twitches, prone position. In the following days calm demeanor, shaggy coat were observed. After 6-7 days no symptoms were observed.
Gross pathology:
Animals dead during study: severe redness around injection site, partial pale livers
Animals sacrificed after study: no findings
