Description of key information

The chemical 3-oxoglutaric acid caught fire when the flame of bunsen burner having temperature of 950oC was brought in contact with it. However, since such high temperature conditions do not exist during transportation or use of the chemical it can be concluded that the chemical is non-flammable.
