Test solutions

Vehicle:
no
Details on test solutions:
PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Eluate: the test substance (different concentrations) was suspended in "daphnid-dilution water" and shaken for 24 h (130 rpm). After this incubation the suspensions were filtered via fluted filter, which were rinsed with deionised water before. The resulting eluates were used directly in the daphnid test (without further dilution).

Immobile daphnids after 24 h in treatments and control [%]: 0

Immobile daphnids after 48 h in treatments and control [%]: 0

No main test was prepared, since the screening test showed no immobile daphnids at the highest concentration (10000 mg/L).
