Additional information

The key study (Ikuyo 1987) investigated the biodegradability of the test item in water (OECD 301D). The study is considered to be relevant, reliable with restrictions (not carried out under GLP) and adequate for risk assessment, classification and labelling. Using activated sludge as the test inoculum, the percent biodegradation of the test item was 6% by BOD indicating that the material was not readily biodegradable.
