20 °C
pH:
>= 6.69 - <= 7.13
Conclusions:
In a GLP-compliant study according OECD TG 105, the water solubility of cellobiose was determined as 117 g/L.
Executive summary:

In this study the water solubility of Cellobiose was determined at 20 ± 1 °C using the flask method.

The analytical method used for the quantification of test item concentration in water solubility samples was based on HPLC with MS/MS detection .

Specificity of the method was acceptable, no interfering peaks were observed at the retention time of the analyte and the internal standard.

Linearity was acceptable over the range of 10 – 1000 ng/mL. The accuracy values of the calibrators and quality control  samples were acceptable.

Based on the measured concentrations, the solubility of Cellobiose in water is 117 mg/mL at 20 ± 1°C.
