Principles of method if other than guideline:
Test substance was liquefied at 30°C and evaporated. 200 l of air were conducted through 50 g of test substance and given 5 male and 5 female rats respectively for inhalation. Animals were housed in a 10 l chamber and trated for 10 or 30 min, 1, 3 or 7 hours.
