Description of key information
No long-term toxicity tests with sediment organisms are needed as the chemical safety assessment does not indicate a risk for the aquatic environment (all RCR < 1).

No long-term toxicity tests with sediment organisms are available. In accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, Annex X, 9.5.1., column 2, long-term toxicity testing with sediment organisms does not need to be conducted since the chemical safety assessment does not indicate a need for further investigations. The exposure assessment performed for Atmer 163 according to Annex XI of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, indicated that no risk for sediment organisms exists (Risk Characterisation Ratios (RCR) < 1). As all RCR are < 1, no tests with sediment organisms are necessary (according to Section 3.1, Annex XI of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006).
