Description of key information
- The justification for data waiving is the intrinsic nature of the substance.
- Black liquor contains a variable amount of organic and inorganic constituents suspended or dissolved in water.
- Solubitity of the constituents also depends on the degree of concentration of the liquors. Thus a test for water solubility should be performed for a vast number of individual constituents, which is not technically feasible.
