- Bei einem Tier wurde eine Stunde nach Einbringen der
Substanz eine iridiale Reizung (Grad 1) beobachtet. Die
Reizung der Bindehaut lag vor in Form von Rötung, Oedem und
Ausfluß und bildete sich bei 2 Tieren innerhalb von 72
Stunden und bei einem Tier nach 7 Tagen zurück.
Reste der Testsubstanz waren nach einem Tag in den Augen von
allen Tieren und außen am Augenlid bei 2 Tieren vorhanden.
"ENGLISH"
Iridial irritation (level 1) was observed in one animal one
hour after introduction of the substance. The conjunctival
irritation took the form of redness, oedema and discharge
and disappeared within 72 h in the case of 2 animals and
after 7 days in the case of one animal.
Residues of the test substance were present after one day in
the eyes of all of the animals and on the eyelid in the case
of 2 animals.
