Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Interpretation of results (migrated information): other: < 1 mg/l
After the stirring period, undissolved test substance was observed in the nominal 1.16 and 10.0 mg/l test solutions.

The Substance concentrations measured in the 1.16 and 10.0 mg/l test solutions after the second centrifugation step were 0.68 and 0.62 mg/l respectively. pH was 6.8 and 7.0 respectively.
It was however decided to report water solubility as < 1 mg/l because a response was observed in the blank which was in the same concentration range as the test samples. Concentration in two samples taken from the blank and treated in the same way as the test samples were 0.50 and 0.96 mg/l.
Concentration in the three-times centrifuged test sample was 1.0 mg/l which is even higher than the 0.62 mg/l concentration measured in the two-times centrifuged test sample. The three-times centrifuged sample might have been contaminated during treatment.
Based on these results, it was concluded that the water solubility of the Substance at
20.0 ± 0.5°C is < 1 mg/l.
Further testing was not performed because this would not result in a more accurate value for the water solubility.
