Additional information

A GLP study was conducted in accordance with the OECD Guideline for the Testing of Chemicals. 15 „Surface Tension of Aqueous Solutions" using the force which is required to withdraw a horizontally suspended ring from the surface of the solution is measured. The instrument used corrects the values automatically according to Harkins-Jordan.

The GLP study determined the surface tension of an aqueous preparation (90% saturation concentration) of the substance to be 46 mN/m at 20 °C. The substance is surface active.
