Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Read-across from two 48h static toxicity studies were performed on daphnia magna. A study has also been performed with the marine aquatic invertebrate mysid shrimp.

Additional information

Read-across:

1 and 2. Based on the experimental results obtained in 2 tests with the analogue cyanuric acid (48 h-LC50 > 1000 mg/L) and the molecular weights, the read-across approach is applied and the LC50 for substance trisodium cyanurate is calculated to be higher than 1510 mg/L (in Daphnia magna).

3. Based on the experimental results obtained with the analogue cyanuric acid (96 h-LC50=4438 mg/L) and the molecular weights, the read-across approach is applied and the LC50 for substance trisodium cyanurate is calculated to be 6705.3 mg/L (in Mysidopsis bahia (new name: Americamysis bahia)).
