Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: In case of accident by inhalation: remove casualty to fresh
air and keep at rest.
Emergency measure - Eyes: In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty
of water and seek medical advice.
Emergency measure - Skin: After contact with skin, wash immediately with water and
soap and seek medical advice.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: If swallowed, rinse mouth with water (only if the person is
conscious) and seek medical advice.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: water spray jet, foam, dry powder
Product arising from burning: Carbon oxides
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Depending upon size of fire and local conditions, protective
clothing and self-contained respirator be needed.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Protecting clothing should be worn, including gloves and
goggles. Use an adsorbens to clean floor and all objects
contaminated by this liquid. Dispose adsorbed spill
spill into plastic lined drums and identify for chemical
waste disposal via appropriate corporate procedure. Dispose
of contaminated clothing as hazardous waste. Ventilate area
and wash spill site after material pick up is complete.
Handling and storage
Handling: All work processes must always be designed so that
inhalation of the substance as well as skin and eye contact
are excluded.
During filling, metering and sampling use equipment with
local exhaust ventilation.
Wear light protective clothing, tightly fitting goggles and
chemical resistant gloves.
Do not eat, drink, smoke or take drugs at work. Wash hands
before breaks and after work. Change contaminated clothing
immediately.
Storage: Keep in a cool place, protect from light.
Keep only in original containers.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: 10 and 30L polyethylene containers.
