Additional information

The biodegradability of Perylen Schwarz II was examined in a GLP guideline study according to OECD 301F [BASF AG 2006]. Results show that the substance is poorly biodegradable (0 - 10% degradation) after 28 d.

A supporting GLP study which was conducted according to OECD 301F as well comes to the same conclusion: the tested substance shows a degradation rate of 0 - 10 % after 28 days [BASF SE 2012].
