Executive summary:

A study was conducted to determine the acute toxicity of the test substance to zebra fish (Danio rerio) according to Directive/ECC (67/548/EEC), comparable to OECD Guideline 203, in compliance with GLP. Fish were exposed to the test substance for 96 h under semi-static conditions. Mortality was recorded. Test concentrations were verified analytically. Under the study conditions, the 96 h LC50 and NOEC values were determined to be 2.93 and 1 mg/L (geom. mean), respectively (ChemService, 2007).
