750 µg of 6-amino-1,3- Naphthalene disulfonic acid was instilled into rabbit eyes and observed for signs of irritation till 24 hours.
6-amino-1,3- Naphthalene disulfonic acid was severely irritating to rabbit eyes after 24 hours of exposure.
