Specific malformations were observed in the development of the notochord 2 days after fertilisation. The notochords were abnormally stretched and were twisted and distorted. Malformations in the muscle tissue and organ dislocations were also observed. Other sublethal effects: oedemous bodies, failure to hatch or to shed the eggshell, lumpy skin, incomplete fins.
