Additional information

BCF and Biological Half-life (BHL) were determined for the test substance according to guideline and under GLP. Two concentrations of the test substance were used, 0.05 mg/L and 0.005 mg/L. The exposure period was 60 days with a depuration period of 14 days. During the study no mortality or abnormality in appearance, swimming or feeding behaviour was observed. The averages for the mean Steady State BCF and BHL of the major components were 1753 and 5.4 days at the higher concentration and 2220 and 3.9 days at the lower concentration. The average BCF based on mathematical average of the whole body steady-state BCF values for Peaks A-F measured at the two test concentrations is 1990.
