Additional information

Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) were exposed for 14 days under static-renewal conditions to five mean measured concentrations of XU-12314.00 ranging from 6.5 to 103 mg/L. The threshold level for lethal and sublethal effects was >103 mg/L, the highest concentration tested. Rainbow trout exposed to XU-12314.00 at concentrations ≤103 mg/L appeared normal with no mortality, overt signs of toxicity or impact on growth. The NOEC was 103 mg/L.
