Description of key information

No data on the biodegradation of the test substance in simulation studies are available.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

No data on the biodegradation of the test substance in simulation tests are available. The test substance was determined to be neither readily nor inherently biodegradable in GLP guideline studies according to OECD 310 ( Laus 11012602G606, 2011) and OECD302B ( Laus 11012602G601, 2011) respectively. These results indicate that the test substance may persist in the aquatic environment. Since further studies are not expected to reveal any additional findings which might contribute to the assessment of the substance, simulation studies will not be conducted.
