Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The acute toxicity of the test substance to aquatic invertebrates was determined in a GLP-compliant test according to OECD 202 (CG, 1995).

In this study, Dapnia magna (10 per test beaker) were exposed to nominal concentrations of 0, 45, 100 and 220 mg/L of the test substance for 48 hours (static). During the test, recovery of test substance ranged from 99.7 - 103.1% of the nominal concentrations. No immobilization or other abnormal behaviour of the Daphnia was observed in any of the test concentrations. Therefore, the 48 -h EC50 was determined at > 223.1 mg/L.
