Additional information

The acute toxicity of the test substance to fish was determined in a GLP-compliant test according to the OECD Guideline 203 (CG, 1995).

In this study, Zebrafish (D. rerio; 7 per concentration) were exposed to nominal concentrations of 0, 45, 100 and 220 mg /L for 96 hours under static conditions. Test substance recovery was in the range of 98.7- 107.2% of nominal values. No mortalities or abnormal behaviour of fish was observed at any of the tested concentrations. Based on these findings, the 96 -h LC50 value was determined at >228.1 mg/L (measured conc.).
