Additional information

No studies are available for the long-term toxicity of the reaction mass to fish. Therefore, data from one GLP-study with one of the components of the reaction mass, 4-chloro-m-cresol (CAS No. 59-50-7), is used as read across. This key study (Schneider and Wydra, 2007) was carried out according to OECD guidelines 204 and 215 with rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) as test organism. Fish were exposed for 28 days under semi-static conditions. The NOEC was determined to be 0.15 mg/L (mean measured).
