Details on titrant used:
Apparatus:
pH meter (Metrohm)
Glass electrode (Metrohm)

Reagents:
Buffers for calibration (4,7, 10), control measurements (7) and apparatus
check (4,7,9) :
pH 4 (Metrohm 6.2307.200);
pH 7 (Metrohm 6.2307.210);
pH 9 (Metrohm 6.2307.220);
pH 10 (Hamilton 238321);
Deionized water, purified by ELGA system, degassed with nitrogen

Sample preparation:
1.1176 g (1), 1.171 O g (2) of the test item was transferred into a 100 ml volumetric flask and filled with deionized water to the mark.
Before the measurement was started the solution/emulsion of the test item (in deionized water) was shaken for 1 min at room temperature.

Test parameters:
Temperature: 20 °C
Stirring: off after 1 min of homogenizing
Stop parameter: 0.1 pH/min with tmin = 2 min and tmax = 10 min
