The surface tension of a solution of Dihydro Ionone Beta in ultrapure water (32 mg/l, 75% of the saturation concentration) was determined according to the OECD Guideline No. 115, using the ring method.

The result is 55.7 mN/m.

Therefore, according to this test, it was considered that the test material is surface active.
