Toxicity to soil macroorganisms except arthropods

Toxicity to soil macroorganism Eisenia fetida (worm) by 4-nitroaniline for 48 hr was estimated as LC50 corresponding to 23.54 ug/cm2 on the basis of mortality effect.

Toxicity to terrestrial arthropods:-

Toxicity to terrestrial arthropoda (Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus) by 4-nitroaniline for a 24 hrs study period examined a lethal dose that resulted in the mortality of the test organisms at a dose concentration of 10 mg/l.

Toxicity to terrestrial plant:-

The predicted EC50 value of 4-nitroaniline on terrestrial toxicity to plant (Lactuca sativa) for 72 hrs was estimated to be 65.7171 mg/kg soil dw on the basis of effect on reproduction.

Toxicity to soil microorganisms:-

4-nitroaniline examined for toxicity to soil microorganism Fusarium oxysporum on the basis of effect on population at dose concentration gave an estimated NOEL of 65.12022 mg/L
