Description of key information

Soil Adsorption Coefficient i.e Koc value of 4-nitroaniline was estimated as 109.1 L/kg by means of MCI method. This indicates that 4-nitroaniline will moderately adsorb to the organic carbon fraction of the soil and will have a tendency to move with the water content in the soil.
The key value of Koc of 109.1 (25oC) when converted at 20°C is equivalent to 87.28

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Koc at 20 °C:
87.28

Additional information

The supporting studies show values different from the key study which could be due to the difference in the estimation conditions. However for the purpose of the dossier and chemical safety assessment, the key study values shall be used.
