Test procedure:
burning rate test: preliminary screening test
Remarks:
Assay n°2
Moisture (wt %):
24
Remarks on result:
substance does not ignite and propagate combustion either by burning with flame or smouldering along 200 mm of the powder train within the 2 minutes test period

The test item blackened and reddened in the presence of the gas burner flame. Few sparkles were observed with a little melting of the test item. When the gas burner flame was withdrawn from the test item, reddening of the test item did not last, the test item remained blackened. No ignition nor propagation of the flame was observed.

Highly flammable solid (A10): No

Interpretation of results:
non flammable
Remarks:
Migrated information
Conclusions:
No ignition nor propagation of the flame was observed. The test substance is considered as non flammable.
Executive summary:

The flammability was conducted according to EC Method A.10.

The test item was considered as non flammable under experimental conditions.

Description of key information
