Additional information

Key study: Experimental results: Test method was according to OECD 202. The 48h-EC50 for Potassium acetate was greater than 459.5 mg/L with Daphnia magna (basis for effect: mobility). The EC0 (48h) was 282mg/L for Potassium acetate.

Supporting information: Experimental results:

In the first report, test method was equivalent to OECD 202. The acute toxicity test on Daphnia similis under the experimental conditions showed an EC 50 of 1.05 -1.21 g/L after 48 hours (basis for effect: mortality).

In the second report, test method was according to ISO 14669 guideline. It was performed on Acartia tonsa and the EC 50 (48 h) was 2483 mg/L and NOEC was 1250 mg/L (basis for effect: mortality).
